Born in Morenci, AZ, Kathy is a 5th generation Arizonan. Her mother's family were ranchers since the late 1800's and her father's family were doctors and politicians from Arkansas and South Dakota. She grew up in rural Arizona among the ranchers. Most people in the Morenci area migrated from ranching to copper mining, which was the major industry of the townsite of Morenci. Kathy and her husband Wayne both worked in the electrical field in the mine for many years.

Kathy's background drew her to a career in real estate. She loves the opportunity to help people enjoy the purchase of their own special property. It is challenging and rewarding. Kathy looks forward every day to each new encounter and strives to be your real estate professional for life.
