Kathy Gardner Agent

Born in Morenci, AZ, Kathy is a 5th generation Arizonan. Her mother's family were ranchers since the late 1800's and her father's family were doctors and politicians from Arkansas and South Dakota. She grew up in rural Arizona among the ranchers. Most people in the Morenci area migrated from ranching to copper mining, which was the major industry of the townsite of Morenci. Kathy and her husband Wayne both worked in the electrical field in the mine for many years.

Kathy's background drew her to a career in real estate. She loves the opportunity to help people enjoy the purchase of their own special property. It is challenging and rewarding. Kathy looks forward every day to each new encounter and strives to be your real estate professional for life.

Wayne Gardner Agent

Wayne was born in Safford, AZ, and moved to Duncan, AZ, at an early age. He attended Eastern Arizona College for two years, then worked in Morenci, AZ, for the Phelps Dodge Corporation. While there, he took an Electrical Apprenticeship, moving him up in ranks to become an Electrical Supervisor. In 1995, after 24 years at the mines, Wayne and his wife Kathy decided to move to the White Mountains to be closer to Wayne's daughter and granddaughter. They started their own business "Pinetop Office and Art Supply", which they still own and is very successful. Kathy became a Realtor in 2006 and Wayne has seen how much she enjoys working with people to make their dreams a reality. In October of 2010, Wayne took the course to become a realtor and he and his wife have been working happily together ever since.

Frankie Jean Cook Agent

Frankie Jean Cook has worked with Advantage Realty Professionals since moving back to the White Mountains in December, 2010. She has been in business in the White Mountains and has lived here off and on since 1978. She is back in the White Mountains for good this time. This is home! Her family were Cotton Farmers from Junction, TX. They moved to Safford, AZ when she was very young, and grew up there.

Barbara Chapman Agent

Barbara moved to the White Mountains in 1994 from the Chicago area. She started in the real estate business in 1994 as an administrative assistant at a real estate company in Overgaard. She learned a lot by being a part of the atmosphere, and in 1999 she took the required courses and received her license. She brings a wealth of experience with her, including business, customer service, quality assurance and sales.
